The Public Relations Service provides the domestic and foreign public with information on Slovenia's foreign policy, the state of political and other relations between Slovenia and other countries, and Slovenia's positions on individual foreign policy issues. In cooperation with other divisions and services, it is responsible for the maintenance of the web pages of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Slovenia's representative offices abroad. It analyses reactions from domestic and foreign public and the media to Slovenia's foreign policy activities and proposes appropriate responses when necessary. The Service also manages the public information activities of Slovenian representative offices abroad. It cooperates with the media, public opinion research institutions and other actors in the field of public relations. It prepares analyses, information and proposals on matters in its field.
